Culinary Secrets of Olive Oil

It is estimated that we should consume one to three spoonfuls of olive oil a day in order to take full advantage of its nutritional benefits.

Olive oil is much more resilient to high cooking temperatures than seed oils.

Add oil to your food preferably towards the end of cooking or pour raw oil directly on your plate once your meal has been served.

Cooking temperatures must not exceed 210 degrees if the nutritional elements of olive oil are to be retained.
